Working with Dale and his team for approx. 6 months in search of a home for a family member was a real pleasure. Buying a home in a seller's market can be very frustrating but with Dale's experience and knowledge on how to navigate the low inventory market an offer was accepted on a home in Ellicott City, MD with terms that we were very comfortable with. We found Dale and his team very accommodating and always available to address our concerns. For any future home purchases or sales, I would certainly utilize Dale's services and without hesitation, would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. There are lots of real estate agents but as with any profession, they don't all hit it out of the park. Dale Rickenbach is certainly an MVP amongst realtors.

Dale was very attentive and responsive to our needs over the course of many months. We sold the house relatively easily but had trouble finding a new one that fit our needs. While I’m sure the challenging market was frustrating to all involved, Dale was a professional all the way through. Other agents of various sellers we ran across over that time, we noticed, were not transparent and sometimes completely dishonest. Dale was the opposite and maintained his high integrity throughout. With two young kids to raise, we really appreciated Dale as our agent.
