I am the Broker and sole owner of CENTURY 21 Hughes-Riggs Realty, Inc., with over 3 decades of real estate experience. I have a GRI designation as a 1983 Graduate, Realtors Institute. I have served the last several years as a Trustee for the Gloucester County Bar Foundation, 8 years as a former member of the South Harrison Township's combined Planning/Zoning Boards and as a Honorary Trustee for the Education Alliance of South Harrison Township. I have testified in court on several occasions as an expert witness involving real estate matters.

I have broad realm of experience, together with an entrepreneurial spirit. I am a residential & commercial real estate developer, a co-owner in a title company, partner in an insurance company, owner of a real estate holdings and investment company, and a Century 21 Franchise.
