Dalton Cunningham

Dalton, originally from Carlsbad, CA, grew up in North Idaho in the Hayden area. He got into real estate in 2013 at the age of 19 by sitting his Dad’s building companies model homes in Meadow Ranch, the 55+ community with the red barn in Coeur d’Alene. Discovering that the sales side was a good fit, he decided to get his license and pursue a career in real estate. He specializes in new construction and primarily represents Active West Builders and their communities. He is very knowledgeable in urban infill areas, primarily 55+ communities that are low maintenance, gated, contemporary, and close to outside amenities. Living in the CDA/Hayden area for close to 20 years, he knows the area and market well. During his free time, you can usually catch him on the golf course as he holds a 5 handicap or throwing a ball with his border collie Vito.
