We quite literally couldn't have done this without Damian. Though it might seem like any agent could just oversee your transaction - your high-stress, high-stakes transaction - you really need somebody who can adapt to all the crazy, unexpected speedbumps, someone who consistently goes out of their way to help you, to solve problems, to reduce your stress, someone who knows the region super well and has loads of skill and experience. Damian was that person for us, and I'll be recommending him to everyone I know who'll need help navigating the real estate market or finding a home.

Wow - I can't say enough. A truly full service realtor- When we were first looking for a place, Damian was not pushy, but did check in periodically allowing us to proceed at our own pace. He is knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general, but also shares his knowledge easily and openly. During closing, he was on top of all the details and deadlines. He is a true facilitator, not hesitating to go above and beyond "normal" realtor duties. This still continues even though we closed a month ago - he still checks in periodically to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Damian made the process of selling and buying so much less stressful! He was there for us at every step of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and proactive. He walked us through each step and always presented us with multiple options/solutions. He really listened to what was important to us. He was never hard to reach and followed through. He even worked while he was on a vacation out of the country to help us get our dream house! He really went above and beyond and made us feel like his only clients.
