My husband at the time and I inherited a house in the District of Columbia. He initially had the house listed with a different realtor for which the house sat on the market for over a month. I called Damon and asked him for help. We literally had 30 days before the house was going into foreclosure when Damon took over. He re-listed the house, took attractive pictures, and marketed the house. We got a few offers and was able to sell the house at a price we were happy with and go to closing within the mere 30 days Damon had to work with. I really appreciated his knowledge on knowing exactly what to do in getting the house sold so quickly.

This wasn’t the only time Damon has helped me. A few years ago we were looking for a house to rent. I told him what I was looking for in the house I wanted to rent. Damon only took me out once to see three houses and I instantly fell in love with one of them and had to have it. I mentioned the monthly rent was a little more than I wanted to pay but I was willing to pay it because I really liked the house. When Damon put my offer in he took the initiative to negotiate a lower monthly payment within the offer and I got the house!

Damon is knowledgeable, professional, and serious about his business. I recommend him to anyone I know that’s in the market to buy, sell, or rent a property.

Selling/buying a house is one of the biggest financial decisions one can make. It can be very stressful. Damon was spot on with everything in both the selling and buying process. He was able to advise on what needed to be done to get the best offer on our house. Once we were ready, he listed, showed, and got multiple offers on our house in less than a week. We even got a little more than he predicted. He also helped us through the process of finding, seeing, and making offers for a new house. Ultimately, things worked out where we found the perfect house and sold our old house with just enough time to move before settlement on our old house. Of course as with anything market-related, part of this was luck, but it could not have been done more effectively and with less stress with another agent. Damon was superb!
