Over three decades as a waterfront specialist, he’s sold hundreds of lake homes, lots, resorts and cabins from the southern reaches of Minnesota to the Canadian Border…and into Wisconsin. Because of his many years of experience over such a large geographic area, he works hard to act as a true consultant to lakeshore buyers in nearly any waterfront market, and give as much direction as possible in each situation. And he helps each buyer consider what is most important for them and their family in terms of lake usage, shoreline types, elevation, and all the other factors involved with owning a lake home or cabin, so that they don’t make the wrong decision!
