Dan Barrile, CCIM

Dan Barrile is a licensed commercial real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience. He joined John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate in 2024 in the Island Palm Region. Dan possesses a broad background in national and regional commercial real estate. Early in his career, he specialized in retail leasing and sales with Judge Realty in their Historic District Savannah O?ce.

Dan relocated to Fort Myers in 2011 and was one of the original members at Keller Williams - Fort Myers and The Islands where he spent nine years and was responsible for the acquisition and/or disposition of over 550,000 square feet of commercial space in excess of $89 million.

Dan specializes in ?nding investment-grade, net-leased investments and Class A o?ce buildings in major Florida markets including Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, Tampa and Orlando. Dan assisted The Fort Myers Beach Fire Control District in acquiring land to build their new fire station.

Dan attributes his success in commercial real estate to his responsiveness, uncompromised integrity, market knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. He works tirelessly to give his clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always works to ensure their goals are met.

In 2022, Dan attained the prestigious CCIM designation, the highest honor one can receive in the ?eld of commercial real estate.

Dan resides in Fort Myers, with his two daughters Maura, a sophomore at Florida Gulf Coast University majoring in Health Science/Pre Med, and Marissa, a senior at Fort Myers High School, who will be attending Rollins College in the fall and majoring in Marine Biology.
