I spent a long time (about a year) looking for an investment property in Havre de Grace. Dan was very patient throughout the entire process and made me feel like I was his only client. Dan is simply awesome! He helped us decide how to get our home ready, pointed us to quality but low cost experts to fix the big things. He was impressive with other agents and inspectors and appraisers. Then he did the impossible by selling our house in the middle of winter for the price we were asking. If Dan could sell houses in Tampa, FL, I would definitely use him again. He is so experienced and friendly that he makes selling a dream. As a first time home buyer, the process is entirely overwhelming. Not only is it important to find a good lender, it's imperative to also find a good realtor. Dan was incredibly responsive, made appointments to view houses at the drop of the hat, and ended up finding a listing that we didn't even know existed. And that's the house we bought! He definitely has expertise in the Harford County area and has been doing this a long time. He's easy going, not pushy, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he didn't treat us like idiots - which is something we were concerned about since we really had no idea what we were doing. We interviewed several agents and were very happy we chose to go with Dan. We considered listing with a team but wanted one person to deal with and to be accountable -- and Dan took care of everything. He was very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. The listing pictures were done by a professional and were outstanding. We listed our home while we were out of town and he prepped the house for each showing by turning on lights and doing the things we would have done if we were there. Further, when we got a contract, he arranged for workers to take care of items requested by the buyer. We were able to enjoy our time away without having to manage those things by phone. While selling a home is never easy, thanks to Dan our home-selling experience was quick and relatively painless. I'd highly recommend him to sellers. And while I've not used him for buying a home I think he's got the knowledge, patience & temperament to be an excellent buyer's agent as well. SCS48

I contacted Dan because I heard from neighbors about his knowledge of the local market and ability to sell a house. Dan more than lived up the recommendation. His approach was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional but not hyper aggressive which meshed perfectly with my needs and preferences. Dan sold my Bulle Rock townhome getting an offer in less than a month in February. His advice was right on target across the board. For example, I was willing to pay to stage the house since I had to move before it sold but Dan thought we could get our price without that expense, and he was right. Dan took care of all the details and meetings for me since I was out of state during the showing and post offer process. When the harsh winter resulted in a water issue the day of closing, Dan negotiated a creative solution that made the buyers willing to close and did all the follow-up for me to fix the problem. I've bought and sold a few homes over the years and Dan was the best agent I've had. He got the job done for me and I would use Dan's services again if I need to buy in northern Maryland. Blaney L
