I highly recommend Dan! He helped me sell my house earlier this year while I was on vacation. It listed and sold within days, with me thousands of miles away, and Dan took care of everything - including getting a tree cleared that came down in a storm the day after I left. He has great local knowledge and a local network that really helped quickly get the house ready to list and sold, for well over asking.

My wife and I have bought and sold over 14 houses which ought to lend some credibility to my comments. Dan Adams is by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure of dealing with. There is one notable exception, my father was in the real estate business for 25 years in the beaches area of Jacksonville Florida. His motto was “integrity above all”. That would also be Dan. We recently purchased two houses through Dan – a long story. Our son also used Dan along with his mother-in-law. The deals I was involved in would not have happened without Dan’s knowledge, perseverance, and tenacity. In applying his skills, he made the deals happen. However, it did not end with the closing. His follow through is what impressed me the most. He led us through the mortgage and inspection and insurance process and made it seem easy. Dan always knows a guy to get improvements to the properties. Like Dan they were always first rate. Most of all he is an optimistic fun-loving Christian family man. I would strongly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
