I know soils,perks, surveys, zoning, land division laws,title insurance,leases, oil and gas activity,mineral rights, flood plains, drainage, environmental issues,easements, riparian rights, wetlands, access requirements, utilities, sewer, water, flora, fauna, timber values, farm leases and more!
Well-experienced and respected by my peers in the Real Estate industry I have taught numerous seminars on the valuation and marketing of land and homes.
