I’ll never use another real estate agent besides Dan DeBacco and his team! The communication was top-notch. Even when situations outside of our control arose, he handled everything behind the scenes to make sure our buy and sell transactions stayed on track. When we started our house hunting in January, Dan was referred to us by a close family friend. We set up a meeting with him to go over our search criteria, ask questions, and see if he would be a good fit for us. From that first meeting, we knew Dan would be a great asset. He is easy going, but is very knowledgable and organized. We are first-time homebuyers and very new to the process, but he made us feel very comfortable to ask any questions. He asked good questions to help us narrow our search, and had great advice while looking through listings. We have pretty busy schedules, but Dan was very flexible with showings which made the process a little less stressful. The housing market was WILD during our search, but we didn't feel pressured by him to find a place quickly, or offer more than we were comfortable with. He had clear communication through the closing process. He was truly a joy to work with and we will definitely be staying in touch.

My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home with the help of Dan! He's an incredible agent and we are so grateful for the recommendation to have him as our realtor. He was professional and very friendly! Dan made sure to walk us through the home buying process (being first time home buyers it was greatly appreciated). Dan and Susan should be recognized on a National Level! These two never stopped working for me, I could text or call them all hours of the night. Dan was very patient and understood my situation in our early stages of this relationship. He waited two years for me to finally let him know I was ready to purchase. In the two years he would touch base with me just the right amount to ask how I was doing and see if he could be of any service. Once it was time to start shopping he introduced me to his partner Susan. They both went to bat, researching homes that would fit my goals. I was starting to get a little nervous that I wouldn't find what I was looking for. Susan and I would text homes that just hit the market at all hours, she had a great awareness of my urgency and never stopped working. She was the one who found my home. It is honestly the perfect house for my girlfriend and I. We are so grateful for these two and would recommend them to anyone!

Working with Dan DeBacco is the best real estate decision I’ve ever made, both in buying and selling my home.

When I decided it was time for purchasing a house I reached out to Dan. Within three days I had seen 15 houses, every one of them meeting my search parameters, and all within my price range. When it was time for closing, Dan made it as easy as it could be. I had a lot of questions and concerns with it being my first time purchasing a home, and Dan put them all to rest.

Fast forward three years to when I sold my home, and the process was just as easy if not easier. Dan came in and had my home professionally staged and photographed, making it look brand new. Within 48 hours, there were over 10 open houses and I had gone under contract for more than my asking price. Dan and his team we’re on top of everything and I had closed in less than 30 days of going under contract.
