I am a life long Newton resident and a second generation realtor. I have been in the business for 20 years. I have bought and extensively renovated several properties of my own. This experience carries over to all of my clients. I am able to help my buyers and sellers vision what a home could be and how much things would cost to bring a home up to their standards.

Words can not explain my unfathomable appreciation for Dan Demeo Realty. Dan Demeo did a great job in selling my house, he is fast, responsive, and great at what he does. I had found the Demeo Realty group through a connection and I could not be more thankful for their precision and helpfulness. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough but I’m going to try with this review. Dan sold our house in a week after a couple of open houses. The open houses were completely packed. He got us six(!) very strong offers and we ended up getting way over asking price. And then we closed in 30 days. Dan knew our neighborhood very well and obviously understood what buyers would be looking for. He and his team were extremely professional and they took care of everything for us. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Dan!

If you’re in the market to sell/buy a house, Dan is your guy.

We met Dan at an open house he was running for his client. You can tell upon first intro that Dan is incredibly knowledgeable in the real estate field and, on top of that, is a solid person. We were very interested in the house he was selling and he made every effort to allow us to see the house. Although we didn’t end up buying that house, as soon as we were ready to sell our condo, I knew I wanted Dan to sell it.

Dan did an awesome job selling our condo and we couldn’t be happier. He is extremely professional and was right on target with the listing price of our condo. This was our first time selling and I definitely felt confident during each step of the process because we had Dan to keep us aligned.

One thing that I was really thankful to Dan for was when he listened to my worries about having an open house when it’s wet outside and that our house floors would be a mess. Dan went above and beyond, even as to bring his own towels the day of, and I think that’s what really sets Dan apart from the rest. He is not only highly competent but also a genuine person all around.

Highly recommend 11/10 :)
