About Dan

Dan is a native of Washington State. He has been involved in land development, finance, and real estate his entire life. During high school, he worked for his father’s consulting engineering firm on a survey crew. In 1978 Dan joined McPherson Real Estate in Woodinville. He left real estate in the early ’80s to pursue a career in the finance industry, where he managed financial portfolios of small business owners. Dan re-entered the real estate world in 1990 and joined a large local real estate company, and in 1999 he joined forces with Cheryl Crutcher. In 2010 they expanded their business, joined Keller Williams, and formed My Puget Sound Homes.

Dan is the managing broker of MPSH and the lead listing agent. He and Cheryl now married; are leading a phenomenally successful team that covers the entire spectrum of residential real estate and in 2020 added a commercial division. Dan is also the proud father of two adult sons, and his dog Chip: his beloved chocolate lab.
