If you are looking for the best Real Estate Team working today, we recommend Keller Williams Easterby located in Big Bear, CA. Their team is uber efficient. The staff and agents are knowledgeable when it comes to listing and selling your property.
We recently worked with the Easterby Team to sell our home. The Agent, Genelle Rich- Easterby and her team assisted us with determining the correct list price, the staging for optimum viewing, and after only a few house showings a buyer came forward with a full price offer.
During the Escrow process we were in constant communication and were kept fully informed of the progress of the sale, which actually turned out to be a very difficult task due to an inept loan company for the buyers. However, the dogged efforts by the Easterby Team were absolutely unbeatable and the sale was completed. To top off their efforts, Mrs. Rich-Easterby assisted us with our relocation by finding a great agent to work with us in another state.
We simply cannot offer any higher praise than to say, they are the best in the business! We enjoyed our time working with the Easterby’s and recommend, if you are looking for a team that will work for you, give them a call.

Our realtor Genelle Rich-Easterby was introduced to us via a mutual friend. You ever meet that one person who seems unstoppable, would do anything to get the job done, and was genuinely a nice person? Genelle fits that description perfectly. Genelle tromped through 3-foot snowbanks to provide access to Big Bear cabins that we thought we wanted to view. All the time we looked at our cabin list, she was asking questions and clarifying our needs. We even looked at one cabin on three separate occasions on the same day trying to figure out how we could make it work. She could tell that we were getting frustrated and offered a suggestion to just “peek” at a cabin that she believed was something that might interest us. Guess what? We walked through the front door and were greeted by Bear carvings, a huge fireplace, the perfect number of rooms for all our kids and grandkids, and a great fenced yard for our fur babies that basically told us we had arrived at the new “CroupeDaVille Cabin”.
Genelle’s expertise and understanding of the various neighborhoods in Big Bear and the surrounding communities was unsurpassed. Even after signing the papers for the “CroupeDaVille Cabin”, she remained in constant communications with us to ensure our Big Bear migration was successful. We are beyond impressed with Genelle’s work ethic and initiative. She has made a normally stressful transaction, smooth as the bunny slopes of Big Bear.

Where do I even start! This incredible woman completely singlehandedly made my dreams of becoming a homeowner come true! She is a woman of integrity and pure heart. She literally held my hand the entire process, from the time we started touring properties to the last moment when I signed papers and got the keys! She went out of her way day and night to keep me informed of every step. She comforted us every time there were set backs in the process, she fed my kids pizza when we had to come out to the property for inspection, she stayed on the phone with me countless number of times to explain every process in detail, she literally was at my side 24/7 from beginning to end. She clearly is about making her clients her number one priority. Genelle made sure I got the best deal possible and fought for me when things went south. She never left me high and dry or confused, at any time, during the process. She was never unavailable, she answered every single call and every single email. She literally handled all the footwork so I didn't have to. Do not go with an agent that is only concerned with their commission, you want someone like Genelle in your corner. Trust me, buying a home is NOT easy, there are so many steps, so many rules, you do NOT want to go into this process without someone like Genelle guiding you. I worked with realtor Linda Guevara, who was absolutely phenomenal. I live 2 hours away, I'm a super busy single working parent with a demanding job and 3 teenagers in my household, so Linda made sure that the few times I had to travel up the mountain, everything was efficiently organized. We communicated mostly by text and signed documents by email. She gave me a list of local contractors, called several companies on my behalf and even stopped by, when the temps dropped, to make sure the cabin was warm so that the pipes wouldn't freeze! I felt taken care of and she was always available with a wonderful personality. You just cannot go wrong hiring her for you buying or selling needs. She's 1st class!
