As one who practiced real estate law for 45 years, I have had a lot of experiences dealing with real estate brokers. I can say unequivocally that Dan and his group were simply the best of the lot.
Our home never even went on market. We signed the listing agreement on a Friday and by the next day we had a signed purchase agreement.
Throughout the process through closing, Dan and his team were responsive whenever my wife or I called them or needed something from them. They were prompt, courteous and accommodating in all the ways that one selling his or her house would want.
We always felt that Dan and his team had our best interests at heart and acted accordingly.
If anyone wants a competent, first rate real estate brokerage team to handle the sale of their property they would be foolish, in my opinion, not to use the DG Realty Group at Sotheby's.
They simply are the best.

At our initial consult, Dan did his research and already knew the history of my home and proved to be knowledgeable in house structural matters which resulted in my decision to go with him. He and his excellent team prepared for listing by photographing and filming the home/property in preparation for a marketing blitz. The house sold the first day on the market at list price, and I was ecstatic. Overall, Dan and his team were professional and very responsive (which was key) as well as a pleasure to work with on this sale!
