Dan Hagen helped me purchase a condominium recently. Helped me to evaluate several homes and was objective in his advice. He didn't try to talk me into buying something that wasn't right. During the closing process he was aggressive in getting the best price and further concessions from the seller for me. Definitely felt that he was in my corner the whole time. Would 100% recommend.
