My wife and I kick an awful lot of tires when we're real estate shopping. This is because, in part, we are on a budget and just can't write a check for whatever most strikes our fancy. With that in mind, we found Mr. Hartke to be an exceptionally patient, helpful, and friendly person. I have been a tough consumer activist for 45 years, and yet I give this man my unreserved A-1 endorsement for great service. Thank you for reading this.

There are a lot of realtors in Wenatchee and we are glad we went with Dan. With the competitive housing market we had to act fast when we saw something that we liked. Dan was there. He answered our calls immediately and we were able to put an offer in on a home within hours of it coming on the market. Without Dan we would not have the home we live in today. Thanks Dan!

We are so lucky that we found Dan Hartke as our real estate agent and representative during the home buying process. From start to finish, Dan was always available to answer our questions and prompt with our requests to see various properties. His strong connections within the Wenatchee Valley were very helpful with our relocation to the area and finding a lender, as well as working with other listing agents. Dan had a big list of wants for this time home buyer... I wanted a house, a shop, land and space for a horse with pretty small budget. Not only did he come through covering all our wants and needs 100%, he was always just a text message away and handled anything that came up within 24 hours! Dan Hartke at Century 21 in Wenatchee helped us sell our house in Wenatchee and buy a house in Moses Lake. He listened to what we wanted, and he was very knowledgeable to help us meet our needs. He worked with a team of professionals, so he could give us the best counsel and service. He bent over backwards to help the buyer of our house in Wenatchee find financing since it is a manufactured home. I believe our house sold for the price that and in the time frame it did because of his services. He held several open houses and provided incentives for other realtors to come to see the house since it was a bit out of town. He went above and beyond any of our expectations with both buying and selling. We are grateful to have him as our realtor and would recommend him 100%.
