About Dan
Dan Jones has been a licensed broker & owner in Mt. Washington Valley since 1964. He is the current chairperson the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission, where he has served for eleven years. He specializes in representing buyers and sellers of homes and condominiums and strives to bring each transaction to a successful conclusion. He has extensive knowledge of the laws governing real estate in New Hampshire and of real estate from the lake’s region to Mt. Washington.
He was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After several years in corporate life in the Washington D.C. area, he escaped to the mountains of New Hampshire. He has served on many non-profit boards over the years, including America Red Cross, American cancer Society, and nine years on the boar of memorial hospital, with two years as President. He is currently the capital campaign chair for Vaughan community services to raise 1.3 million dollars for new facilities to house our food pantry and subsidized daycare for working families.
