My wife and I have bought and sold 4 homes at this point in various cities throughout the country...as a result we've worked with a number of different relators from both a buyer and seller standpoint. Dan was BY FAR the best relator we have worked with to date. He had recommendations and suggestions for brining top-dollar furor home that we never would have thought of (and had never been suggested to us in previous sales...). Dan knows the market. He has an excellent understanding of short sales and foreclosures and is able to provide an objective viewpoint on the pros and cons of buying homes that are in this status. He also understands condos and issues with HOAs and lenders especially relating to investor owned units. Dan was very responsive to questions or issues throughout the search process. His knowledge of the market was very beneficial in the negotiation process and he does a great job of ensuring the right contingencies are included in purchase offers. He also followed up after the sale was completed. I currently own other property and have purchased and sold other houses with other real estate professionals but Dan was the best at ensuring the property met my needs. I would recommend Dan for your real estate needs. His main goal is ensuring that you are completely comfortable with the transaction.
