Dan Kemp

At Compass Commercial, Dan focuses his expertise on investment sales, business sales, multi-family acquisition & disposition, 1031 exchanges, sale-leasebacks, land development, and office and industrial leasing. Like most brokers in a small market Like Central Oregon, he is well diversified in all areas of commercial sales and leasing.

Dan joined the company in 2012 as an assistant to his father, a former partner and broker with the company who retired in 2015. Dan used that as a launchpad to build a successful brokerage business and was awarded Top Producer of the Year three straight years in a row from 2017 - 2019. He also earned the Largest Transaction of the Year Award in 2017, 2018 & 2020.
