Dan LaMoureaux

Dan Lamoureaux tells his kids to find and do things they are enthusiastic about — if they are lucky enough to form a career around that passion, which is a success.

It has certainly worked for Dan. He graduated in 1983 from California State University, Chico with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, but he has never been far from the real estate profession. By 1987, he was a real estate agent in Sacramento. He worked multiple years in the mortgage industry but moved back to his native Woodland in 1994 and dove back into real estate. Eventually, he became one of the founding members of Bella Vie Real Estate. At the same time, what started in 1999 with managing multiple properties for a family member has grown to a full-fledged operation throughout Yolo, Solano, Colusa, and Sacramento counties.

Dan has been a president of the Yolo County Association of Realtors® and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Overall, his professional path has given him a circumspect view of the real estate industry that is valuable to all his clients. Sellers receive the tools and attention necessary to maximize return on their investments, while buyers receive up-to-date listings as well as the guidance and support, they need to find the home of their dreams.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys hiking and traveling. And his true passion? Real estate. That is a success.
