Dan sold our house on the first day it was on the market and for more money than what was listed! He also made sure that some eyesore items were removed from the back yard left by the previous owner and even helped us move a few things into our house. What more could anyone ask for?

Dan showed up to help me look at houses a day after he had surgery; I was a young 21 year old single kid trying to buy a party pad and he showed me 12 different houses that day, when all other realtors didn’t take me seriously. He fought for what I wanted in the first time home buying process and got me a house that I have huge upside in.

Dan is awesome. He’s sold houses to 3 other friends of mine as well who all say the same thing, if you want the job done Dan is the guy.
