Dan Russell

Dan has been serving the Real Estate needs of the Colorado Springs and greater Pikes Peak region since 2003 selling 5 times as many homes as the average Realtor on an annual basis. In addition to serving his many Real Estate clients over the years, Dan has had the honor of working as both a Managing Broker and Trainer at two Real Estate companies in the Colorado Springs area. Now operating his own Brokerage, The Columbo Real Estate Group, Dan is able to apply all of his knowledge and training that he has both received and taught over the years, forming it into an experience for his buyers and sellers that is both informative and pleasant, while putting his negotiating and contract skills to work in order to provide you with a high quality Real Estate experience that is second to none. Dan is married with 3 grown children and when he is not serving his clients, he can be found on one of several stages around the area performing in plays, musicals and dinner theaters or playing bass guitar at church.
