After contacting several realtors in the Georgetown, Delaware area, Dan was the only one who returned my call and email in a timely manner. We set up a time for Dan to show me some homes and I traveled from Pennsylvania to meet him. He took me to multiple sites before I decided upon Zoar Estates. We planned what I wanted in the home, and he took care of the rest. I built 22 years ago in the Lehigh Valley and swore I would NEVER build again. LOL..... well.
