Dan sold my Albany home for me, I was remote and had no access and covid was in bloom - he did EVERYTHING that I needed, set up the house, showed it, and got me almost $50K more than asking price - he took care of all the little details, was cheerful and professional, and made it easy and fun. I kinda miss talking to him now that its sold :) but I am glad we sold it. And even once sold, he continues to follow up on some small items we discussed. Great guy, great realtor, and I wish him much success and some day - hope he gets to open his own firm - he deserves it.
