There’s good reason Kirkland’s savvy real estate executive Dana V. Adams continues receiving five-star reviews from her loyal clientele. Dana excels in her field on all levels, from her distinguished “Land to Luxury” knowledge, eternal professionalism, caring attitude, and responsiveness, to her stellar service and dogged determination.
A Licensed Real Estate Agent in Washington since 1993, Dana has enjoyed a successful career helping buyers and sellers of luxury homes in Kirkland, Bellevue, and surrounding eastside communities. She has also excelled in her specialty niche, selling in-fill land and development property, and marketing the new homes once built. Dana is involved in every step of the building process, from land acquisition, meeting with engineers, city planners, architects, and interior designers, to the sale of the completed new construction.
This Southern California native grew up around real estate and commercial fishing. Dana moved to Kirkland with her family in 1979 at age nine. She lived in the same neighborhoods where she is now raising her boys and they are students at some of the very same schools Dana attended. After high school, she ventured off to work in the fishing industry in Alaska. Realizing that real estate was her calling, Dana took the exam at age 23 and joined Windermere two years later. Six months into the business, a seasoned and tenacious land and new construction veteran discovered Dana and began mentoring her in all facets of new home development. She is now sought after for her expertise in, land acquisition, plat management, property marketing, contract negotiation, sales, follow-through, and her laser focused attention to detail.
An award-winning agent for her outstanding sales and service performance, Dana has further distinguished herself in her field as a Managing Broker, Master Certified New Construction Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and member of the National Association of Realtors. A graduate of the University of Washington in 2012, she loves to continually advance, learn, and embrace new challenges to ensure the utmost advantages for her clients.
Raising her four sons in the same lakeside town as she grew up as a child, teenager, and adult, has been an incredibly rewarding experience for Dana. She takes pride in watching, cheering, and guiding her boys on and off the sports fields. Aside from family, her personal passion is taking long walks along the lake and living a healthy, active lifestyle. Dana also devotes time to her community. She sits on the Evergreen Health Youth Mental Health Task Force, writes a monthly feature home article in the Kirkland Living Magazine, organized a 2016 community-wide event on opiate awareness at the Kirkland Performance Center, and has served on the City of Kirkland Task Force Boards for sidewalks and affordable housing.
