About Dana

Hailing from the Midwest town of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Dana graduated from the University of Iowa before moving to Vail in 1989 to live and play in the mountains of Colorado. After six years in the resort hospitality industry, Dana decided to put her customer service skills to work in real estate. Always one to be interested in the inner workings and details of an industry, she started her real estate career as a Title Examiner and Escrow Agent before moving on to helping others with buying, selling, and managing property in the Vail Valley. As a licensed real estate agent since 1996, Dana has had the privilege of selling some of the most spectacular real estate on earth, including some of the Valley's most successful real estate developments including Four Seasons Private Residences Vail, the Marriott Penthouses, and The Chalets at the Lodge at Vail.

Dana assists sellers and buyers from all over the globe with managing their real estate transactions here in the Vail Valley. Her real estate experience, communicating with buyers and sellers, closing transactions, office management, and project development has given her a special proficiency in the following areas: luxury homes and condominiums in Vail and Beaver Creek, income-producing properties, renovation properties, fractional ownership, construction and new construction, international buyers and sellers, investors and resort development projects. Always ensuring her clients' interests are put above all else.

Dana offers exclusive agency relationships as a “Seller’s Broker” or “Buyer’s Broker,” so that her clients can feel confident that they have an advocate on their team.

Dana lives in EagleVail and is the proud mother of two daughters, one, a graduate of Clemson University now working in Charlotte NC and the other, a resident and graduate of St. Louis University in Missouri. Dana enjoys traveling, boating, hiking, skiing and fixing up old houses. Weekends are spent on the slopes, hiking or biking - anything to enjoy the outdoors that originally drew her to this beautiful area in the first place.
