Dana helped me find an investment property in Gulf Shores in 2014. Her knowledge of the area is one thing, but her knowledge of the the "behind the scenes" information about the various Home Owners Associations is invaluable. I have referred her to a few of my friends and she has also helped them. I have been able to retire earlier than expected thanks to my highly profitable property that she found for me! I would highly recommend Dana if you are interested in any type of property in Baldwin County!

Dana Hammele puts the real back into Realtor. She knows the strengths of a property, understands who it appeals to, and offers win-win solutions all the way through closing. Dana has one foot in deal-making Southern graces and another foot in Midwestern work ethic. It doesn’t hurt to add a little comic relief into a real estate transaction, and this Realtor’s sense of humor was honed at Second City in Chicago. My dad was a broker in the 1970s—all tweed and Pall Mall smoke—and I remember his lamenting how the market was becoming flooded with what he called hobbyist agents; he said it would make it hard for people to find a real professional. You’ve found her.
