Dana is the best realtor I've ever had work for me, and as a retired military officer I've met a number of excellent realtors during 10 major moves. Her local and market knowledge is excellent and proved spot on. Dana's advertising of the house was excellent and her web savvy top-notch, both of which led directly to immediate showings and the sale of the house during a sluggish market. Additionally, she took the time to understand what was important to me and consistently worked to get those results. When the sale became complicated due to issues outside of her control, she went above and beyond the call, to respond quickly, acted as a negotiator, and was instrumental in closing the deal on time. She is highly professional and an expert in her field. I highly recommend Dana and her team to anyone that needs to buy or sell real estate.

Dana Hancock and her team were exceptional. I was recommended by a friend of mine who considered her team lions, and that they would immediately do whatever it would take to sell your home. I called them up and the listing agent showed up at my house the following day. Following this, I had several offers within the first week due to the notoriety that my home was getting due to the excellent marketing her team provided. I had flyers, advice on how to make my home more marketable, and was put on every website imaginable (i.e. Zillow, Trulia, realtor, etc.) The closing process went very smoothly even though I had already moved again. If I plan on moving back to any area with Dana Hancock's reach, I will gladly choose them as realtors once more. If you are looking for an honest realtor to help you get the job done quickly, this is your team.

We contacted Dana Hancock in anticipation of our move to Ponte Vedra Beach FL from San Francisco. We didn't know anyone in town in town so I can't stress enough how important it was that we find an expert in the area who understood behind the scenes of this market. We worked with Cindy Moody who turned out to be a Godsend. She knew so much about the local area, schools, resources. It was a tough time of year to be looking, and inventory was low in our price range ...but Cindy turned over every rock and shook every tree to help us find just the right property. Our transaction had some unusual nuances but Cindy guided us through. I highly recommend Cindy!

I can't say enough good things about Dana & her team. Whether you have bought and sold before like us, or are first time home buyers, Dana is the one you should have to represent you. She takes the time to explain any questions you have, and explains it in a way that someone who is not in the real estate business can understand. I think that's important because buying or selling can be stressful. And Dana, along with her team, take alot of that stress away. Furthermore, she is very fair and honest. That is what I loved the most. You want that in a realtor. Another thing I loved is her experience and knowledge of not only the Jacksonville area but the whole process of buying and selling a house. If we were to ever move back to the Jacksonville area, our first call would be Dana. I would recommend her to anyone moving or selling in the area. I am very thankful for her and her team. We needed to sell our house for a transfer to another state. And we needed to do it within 6 months. She helped us do it in half the time. You will not regret calling Dana when you need to buy or sell.

Summary of their experience There are so many positives here, so where do I start? Dana is the realtor you want in your corner. The 110% intensity starts from the moment you meet her until the closing table. That she goes above and beyond what a normal realtor does is an understatement. Dana literally outworks above and beyond. She communicates to the ultimate in clarity and from a negotiation standpoint her tactics are quite effective. The bottle of wine after closing shows that she is no novice and really wants to build that valued relationship that so many give lip service to but do nothing to cultivate. Living in Charleston, SC, our initial interests were to retire into the greater JAX area. Dana had provided a wealth of information relating to the greater JAX real estate market including listings and demographics. After thoroughly touring the area, we decided that perhaps JAX wasn't suited for our retirement needs. Graciously, Dana went above and beyond our expectations to suggest other areas in Florida that may be more conducive to our needs, even suggesting agent colleagues. Dana is the consummate real estate professional. She truly listens and cares about buyers needs and goes the extra mile to alleviate the stress of house hunting in unfamiliar markets.
