We moved to NC from MN and started our relationship with Dana over the phone. She was an excellent communicator and was always quick to answer questions or reach out with homes of interest. We arranged for a weekend to fly in and shop for homes and Dana had everything lined up and arranged to maximize the couple days we had. We found our new home and successfully closed last week. Having Dana here locally while we were a thousand miles away really helped to ease the stress of a cross country move and closing as well. I would recommend Dana without hesitation to anyone looking to move or relocate in the Hampstead, NC area.

What can I say about Dana that hasn’t already been said in all the other five star reviews? To put it simply, if you are considering moving to this area, you have to work with Dana. Her knowledge of the area is unsurpassed, and she truly is an advocate for her clients. She never puts on a hard sell. We never felt like she wanted us to buy just any home; she wanted us to find our home.

As clients moving from out of state to a new-to-us area, Dana put in a ton of extra time and effort helping us get to know the neighborhoods and the community. We talked to her for seven months and visited twice before buying a property, and Dana made herself available constantly—for video walkthroughs, emails with a laundry list of questions, and full tours of the town while we were visiting. She was consistently thorough, informative, warm, and helpful. And she’s gone above and beyond once we put in an offer—being our boots on the ground for walkthroughs and more as we managed a remote closing.

We truly cannot recommend her enough. She’s an expert in the market and a wonderful person to work with. Dana now feels like more than our realtor; she’s our first friend in our new hometown. You will be so glad you worked with her.

Dana is an incredible realtor, the best I've ever worked with. She was invaluable to us in moving here from out of state. She is very much on top of things, gave us frequent and helpful updates over a lengthy period of time while we were waiting for a new build to be completed, and is very kind and patient in explaining the process when we had questions for her. I couldn't recommend her more! We couldn't have found someone nicer or more knowledgeable and we were honored to have had her representing us throughout our home purchase process.

Dana is an amazing realtor! From start to finish she has been available almost completely 24/7 for our needs. Having only one month to find a house as we were moving from out of town, Dana made us her number one priority. This attentiveness continued as we went under contract for a home that was being built. Dana sent us pictures and updates on a regular basis. She followed up with the builder regarding any questions/concerns that we had, and was just overall readily available as needed. Dana Little was introduced/ referred to us by our son and his wife a few years ago after their initial home purchase in Hampstead. Since then, she has been their realtor on several home and land transactions in both Hampstead and Wallace areas. I met Dana during the housing Crisis, and she was the only agent willing to help me navigate through major paperwork but also selling my property quick with good advice and begin real with you and the situation to take a huge amount of stress off my shoulders and life. Since then, Dana and I have closed on many different properties such as permanent living to rental and commercial space. Dana finds out information fast and communication and questions are answered very quickly. She is the kindest most caring human you can ever meet and goes over and beyond to help you.

Dana is a top notch realtor who is very knowledgeable of the Hampstead/Pender County area. She keeps up on all the local housing in regards to prices, zoning, schools, proposed, new and established developments and the myriad of other issues that may effect your decision. She is not a recently arrived "new" realtor to the Hampstead area since it has become hot, she has been here since well before the recent boom began. Dana knows all the neighborhoods and developments and the historical trends. She will not try to sell just to get a sell, she really wants to make sure you know what a property is about and that you are an informed and prepared buyer. Do not hesitate to call her. You will not regret choosing Dana when house hunting/buying or selling in the Hampstead area.

Loved working with Dana. We met via the internet and she would send me offerings. But our house was not sold so we were stuck. Sold our home 5 times and with the 1st 4...something hit a snag. So frustrating and time consuming. Finally sold it and headed east from California. We thought we wanted a modular in a retirement setting and showed us what we thought was our price range...had to up it a little and we found the perfect house thanks to Dana!!!!! She has been a wealth of information as we navigated our new home which was gently used...16 years old. She cares and it shows.
