About Dana

After graduating from Winslow High School, Dana attended the University of Southern Maine where he received a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. It was in 1995 when he decided to open Michaud’s Trailers, a family-owned business he would run until 2016. After executing a sale of his company to a private equity firm, he continued to serve as a Regional Manager for the next 4 years.

Dana and his wife Darci moved to her hometown of Belgrade, ME in 1992. It is there that they raised their two children and became very involved in the local community. In 2016 they purchased a home in Palermo on Sheepscot Lake where they now spend summers.

It was during the expansion of the family business that Dana found a passion for real estate. Throughout the years he has purchased and sold many investment properties and still owns investment real estate today.
