Dana Mitchell

Dana is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is a local market expert who is passionate about providing outstanding service to his buyer and seller clients, and committed to doing whatever it takes to obtain the results his clients expect.

Active in real estate for over 20 years as an investor and general contractor prior to entering the real estate business full-time, Dana and brings a wealth of past business experience to his clients gained through almost 25 years as an executive in the tech field. Dana works with buyers and sellers within his primary service area of the Hampton, North Hampton, Hampton Falls, Stratham and Exeter communities.

Residing in Hampton Falls, Dana is active in the community and has served as a member of the town Planning Board, the School Board’s Facilities Planning Committee and as a coach for youth sports including baseball, softball, football and basketball. Additionally, Dana is a past 3-term Treasurer of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and Board Director, and has been the Managing Broker of real estate offices in Portsmouth, Exeter and Hampton.
