Before starting her real estate career, Dana spent 26 years at Xerox working her way up the corporate ladder at the perennial Fortune 500 company. She spent her time there building shareholder value and developing her own broad business experience – from managing operations and client relationships to training employees, supporting sales and billing, and negotiating contracts. Her drive and always positive attitude helped her hone the business skills she uses today as a top-performing real estate agent – creating mutually beneficial relationships with people, solving complex problems, and managing the contracting process from start to finish. While Dana excelled in a corporate setting, her entrepreneurial spirit eventually convinced her to take the plunge and go into business for herself in real estate, something she had dreamed about doing for many years.

Since joining Arrow Companies in 2017, Dana has built an exceptional team of agents representing hundreds of home buyers and sellers and forged a close sales relationship with Benzinger Homes, a Reggie Award-winning builder of premium homes in the Twin Cities area.
