About Dana

My husband and I met in Real Esate School 28 years ago and sold new custom homes for 7 years (over $65 million in sales) and owned and managed a 200-unit apartment complex for 18 years in the competitive and fast-paced Southwest Florida market. We moved part-time to the North Central Florida area 7 years ago as we were attracted to the natural beauty of the rivers, springs, and the opportunity for so many outdoor activities. We now live full-time on the Suwannee River and have our own real estate company, Riverview Realty Group, LLC. What I believe is unique about me is that I bring the experience and expertise of working in a market and geographic area different from the charming, tranquil, and rural area I had grown to love and call home. In my business experience, I am known for my devotion to customer service, infectious positive attitude, and my passion for serving and helping others. I specialize in bringing peace of mind to my clients and knows what it takes to successfully close the deal.
In my spare time, I love reading, boating, traveling, learning to garden, and spending time with family and friends. I adore our two crazy but lovable Morkies, our crazy Doberman puppy, as well as serving the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Gilchrist County and a Volunteer with Florida’s Guardian ad Litem Program.
