Dana Revels was absolutely wonderful! She had my house sold in less than two weeks and she sold it for considerably more than what I had anticipated. Dana was professional, warm and about the business of getting my house sold. I most certainly recommend her if you are needing a realtor! I knew nothing about buying a home. Dana Revels was with me the whole step of the way. She explained every document to me and answered my many questions. She was proactive with my lender and provided me with others lender options if my wasn't giving me the best deal. She sat me down so we could discuss me goals and wish list for my home. I love that she was honest with me about setting realistic expectations. Dana was patient and kind. She never made me feel that she was helping me just for a commission. My victories were her victories. I received daily emails and weekly text messages about available homes. When I became frustrated with my lender and the seller Dana helped me problem solve and went to bat for me with them. She helped guide me when it came to negotiations and closing. I could never have asked for a better realtor. She is worth every star.

They were very helpful with selling my house.

I moved out of town and needed help with securing house cleaning, repairs, and lawn care. I greatly appreciate their flexibility and patience, as it can be stressful selling a house.

So it does help to have someone in your corner who is knowledgeable and has connections to get the sale done. And I recommend Dana and The Revels Group to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Well our journey started out a little rocky, but thanks to our realtor Dana Revels she stuck with the process even when I was ready to give up! Dana was very encouraging to both my husband and I. We started our process around the end of September- first week in October Dana stayed on top of things rather if it was checking my emails getting things back to the underwriter to making sure I returned calls back in a timely manner she was there.I say all of this to say us buying our new home wouldn't have happened if our realtor was not wanting this as bad as we wanted it for ourselves.well on November 6th we closed on our new home, and loving it! we're in such a nice neighborhood really great neighbors God is so awesome we thank you Dana for all your hard work.
