Dana and Sean were great! We are moving across the country, from Idaho. Purchasing a home is stressful enough, but add in doing it from 2500 miles away and it gets more complicated. We could never have done it without a stellar team. Sean was so knowledgeable about the area and made house hunting a blast. (We were able to visit for a week to see some homes in person and did the rest from afar). Dana was amazing with problem solving and when we needed anything like a contractor to go take a look at something that came up on the inspection, she took care of it. She scheduled a visit and would give them out contact to report their findings. It was a very stressful situation that became much easier because we had a stellar team. Looking forward to getting into our new home and inviting our new friends over for a visit.

Dana, is literally the best, and most hardworking Real estate Agent in South Jersey, I’ve told Friends about her relelentless effort, they were amazed and jealous of the stories we had and the amount of work she put out on our behalf.
She was open and honest, figured out what we wanted, and did not continue to show us houses that we thought we liked based on pictures and the listing , but in the end, it wasn’t what we wanted or needed. The house we ended up with seems to be perfect and the neighborhood is great.
She negotiated for us like a samurai that negotiates, And got us a better deal then we anticipated.
I would say I cannot wait to work with her again, But she did so good this time, I think we found our forever home.
Great job Dana Ubele, thank you for every thing. And highly recommend.

I needed to move with three young kids and not a huge budget. Dana worked with all my needs and was able to find several houses to look at. She was very honest during the walk throughs and answered all my questions. She was especially great with my kids when they came to look at houses. At a difficult time in my life, I was in need of someone professional to sell a home. Dana Ubele met with me and offered to help even though that due to the condition of the house and the high mortgage remaining, it was not an ideal situation for her. Dana was able the explain how the house could sell and was finally successful in doing so. All during the process, Dana kept me informed and was always available to comfort my concerns.
