About Dana

As a lifelong Florida resident, this area is home to me, and I am proud to be a member of this community. My grandfather, who is now passed, was the Owner/Broker of Clermont Realty until he sold and retired in 2001. He also served as president for the Lake County Board of Realtors in 1968 & 1981. Truth be told, he laid the ground work for my interest in and is the reason I chose to pursue a career in real estate. It is my aspiration to follow in his footsteps, carry on our respectable family name, and continue in reputable real estate transactions.

Throughout my career, I have worked in several roles. My background in Title Insurance, gives me firsthand experience of sitting at the closing table. The knowledge obtained while working in the title industry as an Escrow Closer, in my opinion, is priceless. Though, prior to diving full-time into real estate, I worked for a local county Sheriff’s Office as the 9-1-1 Communications Assistant Director after having previously served there as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher.

I understand how scary making a big change in your life, like selling your home, can be. I have the skills and expertise to assist you with the process and hopefully can remove the worry and stress that most associate with selling their home.
