This one is a bit of a long read, so let me summarize that Dana and Carlie from Signature Premier Properties provided us with the most incredible real estate experience imaginable. Probably the best way to summarize this was a white-glove, boutique-style service that led to a successful sale/purchase combination. The results speak for themselves: over 140 people attended a single weekend showing, 29 qualified offers in two days, and an accepted cash offer 10% over listing price. My wife and I have been telling everyone we know that for any future home sales or purchases in the future, you must work with them. For those interested in more details, please keep reading.

We first met Dana and Carlie as the selling agents for a home we were interested in buying. What immediately struck us was how professional and collaborative they were (all the while working for the buyer, not us). We were extremely impressed by the experience working with them through several visits, inspections, and offers, that we asked them to represent us on the selling side of our existing home.

My wife and I had lived in our first home for 13 years and we were floundering on how best to prepare and price the house while working through contracting for the new home. Dana and Carlie walked us through all the pros and cons of the current home and what we should do (and not do) to balance optimizing our selling price without spending unnecessary time and money. They guided us through what they felt a reasonable price range was using not only comps (the basics) but with a clearly well-researched approach to the neighborhood, various amenities, and supply/demand considerations.

Dana and Carlie have an incredible network of service providers that she offered to engage in various places in the journey. The natural skepticism of this type of arrangement was quickly overridden with appreciation of how well the players worked together and how easy Dana and Carlie made this for us. They connected us with a loan agent who not only gave us an incredibly competitive rate but worked together with the real estate team to coordinate without us having to do the leg work. They connected us with a lawyer who gave us a preferred rate and worked alongside the bank and real estate team to negotiate and schedule quickly and effectively. The photographer that was used for our listing took incredible pictures and brought out the best parts of our home.

As noted above, the listing was a huge success, and we were able to see individuals sign up for the home showing using an app Signature provided. The turnout was incredible as noted above. Dana and Carlie brought incredible energy into the planning, prep, and execution of the showing and did the same in working through all the offers and interest in our home while minimizing the time/effort my wife and I had to invest.

When the deals were all done, and we were settling into our new home, Dana and Carlie provided us with a very kind housewarming present and an precious picture book showing our old home as a memento. Through every step of the process, we had open and honest communication, support, and guidance, and felt they were fully invested in our success throughout. I cannot recommend them enough and hope this extended review gives you insights into the type of amazing experience you can expect if you work with them.

I was a buyer for a home in Bohemia. The seller, who is the person below was very rude, Has anger problems and is disrespectful. Dana and I were very accomodating to her and her husband. They were in a horrible financial situation that they couldnt even afford to cut the grass, they owed money for numerous accounts they had which set back the buying process of the home. Dana ran all over long island to the park office and to their house getting all the documentation needed for the sale. The sellers lied about things being broken in the house just so they can sell it. I gave them cash to buy the house and paid well over asking price. We also made a contract letting them live there after the sale so they wouldnt be without a place to sleep. Dana has helped me and my family purchase all of our first houses. She is more than a realtor to us, she is family. I highly recommend her! She isn't pushy, She listens to what you are looking for and she really does go above and beyond. I am looking forward to her October pumpkin pie that she shows up with to show her appreciation for us giving her business.

I wasn’t the buyer but my daughter was. Dana is very personable and outgoing. We liked her immediately. When we were looking, we had specific areas on mind, but with what the market is , it was very difficult. We found a house in the area we wanted and they accepted our offer, we did the inspection but the seller decided to take a cash offer. Dana was upset as we were. We found another house they accepted the offer and we did the inspection. The seller decided to take the house off the market. We felt defeated as our house was in contract and we needed to find something., but didn’t or wouldn’t settle. Well it happened. My family caught Covid and. Outdoor not see anything. We looked online at many houses, throughout the days and nights and forwarded them to Dana, where she took ut upon herself to stand inline on rainy snowy cold days and faced time us to each house we liked. We saw a house made an offer and Dana even paid for the inspection because of previous mishaps. Well we got the house and couldn’t be happier. Dana was there for my daughter who was very anxious about the move and assured her that everything will be ok. Dana is now considered a friend. I would happily use her again.
