About Dana
Ever since Dana and her husband bought their first home in 1995, Dana wanted to become a realtor. This was mostly because Dana knew she could do a better job than her realtor had done for her at that time. Her business philosophy is simple - treat her customers as she would want to be treated. Dana strives to be on top of the market and relay this information to her clients, be available, be a good listener, be diligent and meticulous, and always be honest and ethical.
After graduating from Villanova University, Dana worked for four years as a commercial real estate appraiser for Moran & Associates in Stamford, CT. Subsequently, Dana worked for Mutual of New York and Nomura Securities in New York City as a real estate asset manager and analyst where Dana oversaw the management of multi-million-dollar investments including foreclosed properties, new construction projects, first mortgage loans, and equity investments. Dana completed the real estate licensing requirements for the State of Connecticut in the spring of 2004.
Upon moving back to her hometown of Madison nearly 13 years ago, Dana immediately became involved in the Madison Newcomer's Club in order to reestablish her roots here. The Newcomer's Club is a social and civic organization which annually raises thousands of dollars for local charities and scholarships. In 2005-2006, Dana served as the president of the Newcomer's Club. Now, Dana mostly enjoys spending her spare time at her children’s tennis matches and baseball games.
As a child her family moved often with her father's career in sales. In 1978, her family finally settled in Madison and has been here ever since. Dana and her husband have lived in Darien, CT and worked in New York City for many years. After the birth of their first child, they decided to move back to her hometown to raise their family.
