About Dana

I have been selling homes in and around the Tulsa area for over 13 years. I work in all price ranges and have experience with standard residential, luxury, new construction, foreclosures, distressed properties and vacant land . I was born and raised in Tulsa and met my husband while attending Oklahoma State University. We have been married for 32 years and have e adult children and 2 granddaughters. Myself and my partner Sarah Dilks both have a Broker Associate license. Together we created a real estate team OK Homes and Lifestyle. We teach and train realtors to do real estate the right way and support each other in our businesses. I love everything about real estate, really all of it. Architecture, style, landscape, special features, all of it. No two homes are alike and every transaction is different. I think my best skill is thinking outside of the box and finding solutions. This is what most realtors don't talk about, the issues in a real estate transaction. There will almost always be something that we have to navigate and most issues have a financial aspect whether it's a buyer cost or a seller cost. Tackling those issues really is my strength and where I shine. I'm a talkative person so if that's not your thing my partner Sarah Dilks will be right up your alley.
