Dancia is fabulous!
She has gone above and beyond our expectations for home buying in a market like todays. Just when my husband and I start to get discouraged and impatient, Dancia finds more homes to consider with great potential. Having a realtor that will walk through a home 20x with you and brainstorm all future possibilities as well as setting us up with the right people for the job is so important.
Her knowledge and patience is everything!
Most importantly to my husband and I, she is REAL. She will tell us the honest truth about any home (good and bad), she puts herself in our shoes when we walk into a a home and I couldn’t ask for more from a realtor.

Great experience. We had multiple ups and downs as our sale (due to our circumstances lasted a long while). I was linked up to Laura and Andy Post while using Realtor.com. I didn't know I was going to actually find an amazing realtor that way! Turns out you can!!!! Laura and Andy went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty every single day during our few months looking for a home. We were in So Cal and they became our eyes and ears and even our noses... haha. We would find a house from their list, we would get a few and then they would go and look through the home while we google called face to face. They would go through everything and we could ask hey look over there... etc... we literally bought a home through the phone and through them. When we finally met, we got along right away, and became like fast friends. I just cannot tell you enough how awesome they were. SO responsive. I would ask about a property, and 20 minutes later Laura was sending me pictures from the house! They hooked us up with a great property management company to handle our home until we can move up there in a few years. They found us a terrific carpet cleaner who came next day. They helped us locate a rental car when there literally were NONE to be had. They picked us up from the airport. They drove us around all of Coos Bay to help us figure out where we wanted to buy. They even took us up to other cities North and South. One time we were there for a week, and they were with us practically the whole time - they were better than family!!! They helped us with every aspect of our experience, and we are so very grateful. We have bought and sold many homes, and this was by far the smoothest experience we have ever had.
