DANEDA K LIPSEY

Over the course of her career, Daneda has incorporated a favorite saying from Carl W. Buechner, with her own little twist: "My clients may forget what I said, but they will never forget how I make them feel.

She approaches to real estate is to do things right and perform at a level higher than your expectations. She listens, analyze your needs, and find a solution that will benefit you and your family.
She was born in Mankato Minnesota and moved to Morocco, North Africa where she lived for 12 years. Daneda graduated from the Lycee Abdelmalek A Saadi, located in Kenitra Morocco.
She then moved to California and worked in the airline industry for 16 years.

Her move to Georgia took place in 1987 and a new career in Real Estate in 1990. Her service areas include the counties of Douglas, West Cobb, Paulding, Carrollton, Haralson, South Fulton, and Fayette. She specializes in new and resale homes, at any price point, with all loan types. Marketing of homes remains a passion.

Favorite hobbies include group bike ride and weight training. She loves to cook, especially international foods. Gardening and hiking add to her enjoyment, as well as being a choir member and directing the children's choir ministry.
