I had been looking for an investment property in a descent area of Orlando, near the parks and in a location where I would be able to relocate in the next couple of years. I wanted a to see at least a 8% rental return in a townhome with low HOA and with 20% downpayment. Mr. Araque was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and in one of the nicest areas possible for the price i wanted to hit. Thank you Daniel for your great work
