Daniel was my agent in the sale of my parents' home after they passed away. I was operating from Chicago and hadn't lived in ABQ for nearly 20 years, so had basically no knowledge of the local market. I had to rely completely on my agent's knowledge of the local market, and frankly would have been very easy to take advantage of. I feel that Daniel's advice on listing and pricing (actually he helped me through the math on whether to rent vs. sell), preparing the property for sale, and negotiation surrounding the closing was right on target. We got a good price, closed quickly and cleanly, and steered us away from some possible pennywise/pound-foolish pitfalls in the negotiation that I was taking us towards because of my inexperience with how deals work in ABQ vs. Chicago. Daniel was always promptly available by phone and email and you could tell that the other professionals involved enjoyed working with him too. I would not hesitate to hire him again if I needed to buy or sell in ABQ.
