About Daniel

With their newfound knowledge and skills, they launched their own real estate investment company, which they continue to own and manage successfully. Their expertise and hard work paid off in 2015 when Stacey and Daniel were featured on Kansas City's TV Station "Fox 4 News" for their stunning restoration of an 1889 historic home at 901 S Austin in Oak Grove, MO. They saved the property from demolition and turned it into a beautiful home that captured the attention of the media and the public alike. Today, Stacey and Daniel are the Team Leaders of "The Ashley Team," a successful team at RE/MAX Heritage of Blue Springs, MO. They are both accomplished Listing Specialists and possess advanced knowledge of how to market a home effectively in today's ever-changing market. The Ashley Team has the skills and expertise to navigate complex transactions with ease, and they approach every client interaction with a warm smile and open ears.
