About Daniel
Daniel came from Milwaukee to Pinellas County, Florida, in 2016 and never looked back, leaving the Wisconsin winters behind to serve Greater Tampa. He is a firm believer in building wealth through real estate. When he and his wife married, they skipped their honeymoon and used the money to buy a duplex, their first real estate investment. Daniel resolved to go into real estate full time in 2016, sharing his own growing experience with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Now specializing in waterfront properties and the luxury marketplace, Daniel serves a wide range of clients in Greater Tampa and Central Florida, from first-time buyers and military personnel to retirees and savvy investors. Being attentive and responsive to clients’ needs is essential to his approach. He says, “As we find real estate success together, aided by our advanced problem-solving skills and tech-forward approach, success is the only outcome.”
In his spare time, Daniel and his family enjoy all Florida has to offer, including major league sports, beach days, boating, fishing, paddleboarding and kayaking to see dolphins and manatees, and coming ashore to sample the area’s fine dining. The Brzycki’s are also dog lovers with three lively pups.

I was living in Hawai’i and my job was relocating me to the Saint Petersburg area. We were not able to house hunt in person so we had to rely on Dan’s expertise. Dan spent over an hour talking with us to see what we were looking for, he also explained the market to us. We understood it was a sellers market so we needed to be aggressive. He set up a portal to capture houses that met our goals. We reviewed these and selected the ones that interested us and he looked at them and advised as which were worth pursuing and which should be left alone. The ones he recommended all had offers put on them quickly and those he didn’t stayed on the market. We pursued quite a few houses, one the listing agent misrepresented the flood zone, which he caught, one someone else beat us to it and one had inspection issues we weren’t comfortable with. He contacted the realtor for the house someone beat us to and found out the offer was falling apart. We were able to put an offer in and we got the house.
I felt Dan did an excellent job explaining the house and it’s location, it’s a great neighborhood. My brother in law bought a house in Clearwater and was able to see it before he bought it and knew less about his house then we knew about ours.
