As a first time home buyer I was very happy working with John, he took the time to help me find all my selling points and was never pushy. He was patient with me especially when everything was changing during Covid and took the time to walk me through the process and help me understand everything going on. I will definitely work with John again when I’m ready to sell/rent and buy something new and recommend to others.

Working with John is like having a personal assistant during your real estate journey. I tend to do most things without outside help, but when it came to navigating a real estate deal it was a no brainer to partner with a pro, and a great team. Parts of the process that would have taken me days, took John minutes to complete. Writing strong offer letters, emailing and calling with the other agents, receiving information from local municipalities, etc. He is knowledgable about all elements of the market, and his personal experience in investment real estate brings a unique skillset in identifying value, and navigating negotiations. I partnered with him to buy a highly competitive house in Cortlandt Manor with multiple offers. We made our offer the best and got a great deal. I am doing some renovations now, and can't wait to move in soon! I truly couldn't have done it without John, I highly recommend working with him.

We had a great experience working with John Bucci and would highly recommend him. He was extremely knowledgable of Westchester County and which towns would suit our specific needs. John went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for us. We had a tight time crunch to find a new home and John made himself available for us at all times to see homes. Thankfully we found something just in time in a crazy market. John is also very personable and made it an enjoyable experience despite our stressful situation.

John is a highly professional, competent, and relatable agent. As a first time home buyer, I was exposed to a number of real estate agents in Westchester County, and John immediately stood out. He is flexible and patient in the sometimes overwhelming and complicated process of buying a home. He is also extremely responsive to any questions via phone or text.

John was able to provide me with a more than adequate amount of listings, one of which I ended up purchasing. His negotiating skills allowed us to close under asking price, which is remarkable considering how hot the market is right now. John’s expertise leaves nothing to be desired, and I will not look elsewhere for a real estate agent.

John Bucci is easily one of the best realtors in Westchester. His knowledge and passion to finding you your perfect home is what sets him apart from others. It only took about 3 months for John to find our home in Bedford, throughout those 3 months he was constantly texting and calling us to keep us informed which kept us at peace and motivated that we will eventually find our perfect home.
