We worked with Dan to purchase a remote cabin in northeastern Minnesota. He was responsive and so friendly to work with. At one point we were on the verge of making a decision and wanted to check out a few more things at the property but that meant boating a couple of miles in early November. By then there was snow on the ground but Dan was undaunted: as long as freeze-up hadn’t occurred, he was game to take us out in his boat which he hauled up from the Twin Cities. The only thing that stopped us from getting out to the cabin was the trailer sinking into the snow and mud—but Dan had gone out of his way to make sure he did all he could to get us the information we needed.

We recommend Dan—he is helpful, has integrity, and we felt like we were in good hands
