Daniel Coughlin

As a real estate professional, I believe I bring to the table some unique qualities that will help you sell your existing property or purchase your dream home.

As a lifelong resident of the coulee region, I have an intimate knowledge of all that the area has to offer.

For 41 years I taught high school social studies. To serve in this role effectively, good communication skills are a must. I will rely on those skills in your home sale or purchase.

I also coached for 41 years, serving 23 years as head football coach at Aquinas High School, winning three state championships, and honored to be inducted into the Wisconsin Football Coach’s Hall of Fame. To achieve this, you must be driven to be results oriented. I promise to bring this drive to help you achieve your goals.

I also have home construction experience to aid with your transaction. I have participated in the construction of a number of homes and have managed a home remodeling business since my retirement from teaching and coaching. I will use this knowledge and experience to help you evaluate your sale or purchase.
