Dan Frampton was beyond helpful in every field; response time, knowledge of the area and the home, communication and the entire process of home buying. While searching for a home, Dan was willing to do showings all throughout the day to fit our busy schedules. Dan responded to each of our request and questions within minutes, if not seconds. Dan was knowledgeable on every home we saw and the area around it. Dan helped us to build our home checklist in order to cater to our needs and wants. After we found our home, Dans help did not stop there. Dan continued to be there for us night and day. Dan communicated with our extended help to ensure an easier process. After the home was purchased and the keys were in our hands, Dan did not end his help there. Dan went above and beyond to help us answer questions and find solutions. I would choose Dan Frampton over any realtor I spoke to or know. When we are ready to expand, Dan will be the first one was call.

My wife and I had been searching for a home for months in New Jersey with zero luck. We decided that maybe Delaware was worth a look. My wife clicked on a home she liked on Zillow, and within minutes, Dan called to set up an appointment. That first house wasn’t for us, but Dan immediately made us feel comfortable. He asked many questions to determine exactly what we were looking for and recommended a few specific areas where we should concentrate. Dan even offered to look at houses for us in advance, knowing that we had an hour drive and not wanting to waste our time. A week later we met Dan to see 3 houses. My wife was late to the first appointment, so Dan and I looked at it together. My wife and kids joined us for the other two houses, which were huge disappointments. Dan told my wife “you really want to see the first one.” He then set it up for us to go right back and see it that evening. We loved it and decided to bid, and to our surprise, we were awarded the bid at our low-end offer. Everything was going great, until two weeks before closing, when the seller inexplicably backed out of the deal. Our family was crushed. Dan did everything he could to make that situation right for us and recoup everything we had put into the buy. We were honestly ready to give up, but Dan wasn’t going to allow that. He got right back to work for us. I think he thought he owed us one. It didn’t take long for us to stumble upon another home we loved in the same zip code. Again we put in an offer, and within 48 hours, Dan was once again congratulating us. And once again he got us the home at our low-end offer. He masterfully guided us through every step, all while in the process of moving his own family into their new home. Dan even skipped the first few days of his family’s vacation to be there for our final walkthrough and settlement. My family could not be more happy with our new home and neighborhood. And we owe it all to Dan Frampton. A more dedicated, determined, and patient agent you will not find!

He was very helpful in getting my home ready to list and made the whole experience as streamlined as possible. I never had to worry about much as Dan stayed on top of the game at all times. As a first time home buyer who had no familiarities with the intricacies of buying a house, Dan was extremely helpful to walk me through the entire process of home-buying. I have always found him to be very patient and honest. He always gave me his honest opinion whenever I saw any properties with him. He was always responsive to my enquiries and carefully answered any questions I had. After closing the house, I would still reach out to him with any questions I had regarding the maintenance of the house and he would connect me to the correct personnel. I can wholeheartedly recommend him as a great real estate agent and wish him all the very best.

My wife and I have been looking for a change from the city as well as an opportunity to live closer to her mother as my mother lives with us. We went to Delaware one day to visit my mother-in-law and saw a house for sale and called the realtor which was Dan Frampton. Dan ask when did we want to see it and we agreed the next day. We saw the house but it seemed a bit small. Dan came out the lawn and said I shoot from the hip. He told us how the housing market is now and how fast houses are moving. He gave us list of things to do and told us to be aggressive. We saw several homes but found one we just had to have now almost 30 some days later Dan has us closing on the house that we love! He will not lie to you he will tell you the honest truth even if you don’t want to hear it but that’s Dan’s business ethic. Trust his opinion and his direction. Key point- Dan was always available by phone. Dan showed us houses late evenings and on the weekends. Very hard working realtor!!!!

I cannot say how blessed I was to meet Dan. We certainly were meant to cross paths and work together during this major life changing event. As a first-time homeowner I did not have the slightest idea of what the homebuying process really was until I was fully immerged, and man was work. However, from the moment I met Dan I knew I was in good hands. Dan kept me on track, responded to all my messages regardless of the time of day/night and what I appreciated most, I always felt he gave me his full attention when we spoke. I never felt rushed, pressured and left to figure things out on my own. This was not the case with other realtors that I had tried to previously work with. I also greatly appreciated the relationships that he was also able to build with the seller, the mortgage team, and our lawyer, this made this purchase go smoothly for all parties. When it came down to it I just felt that I wasn't alone in this process and that I had someone looking out for me and my family's best interest. I cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Dan. I have and will continue to recommend Dan to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new home. THANK YOU DAN!
